Cumulus wont collect all data from WH1091 only recent

Hello,

I have a WH1091 weather station that was collecting data fine. I had to reinstall windows but since then my cumulus only receives the last update. How do I get it to retrieve all stored data from my weather station? I have tried all the setting but still nothing.

The weather program that came with it - Easy weather, has ''re-download all the data on the machine, but not cumulus.

Any suggestions please?

Do you mean "old" data from before you installed Cumulus, in which case see: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#I.E2.8 ... er_station

Or do you mean that you stop Cumulus for a while, and when you start it again it doesn't download the 'missing' data from after you stopped it, in which case please zip up and attach the diags folder.

Thank you, I looked at that thread but my ''data'' folder is empty there is no Ini file in there

You're running Vista - where did you install Cumulus to?
