Hi Steve
i have added UseWindChillCutOff=1 to the ini file
it is 64 and windy an i see a windchill on the man window what have i missed

Did you stop Cumulus before editing the cumulus.ini file?
Have you actually got Cumulus calculating the wind chill (Station settings), or is it coming from the station?

I don't know, then. Did you add the setting to the [Station] section? It's hard to see how the code can't work (as it does for me).
When you say you have a wind chill showing, what value is it showing compared to the outside temperature?

Here's my temperature graph for today. The wind chill reverts to the same value as the outside temperature when the temp gets above 10C (50F) (the green line disappears):

So the cutoff is working, the wind chill is coming out to the same as the ambient temperature, i.e. the wind is having no effect.n9mfk wrote:temp heat index windchill all 69.5
