Hi Steve,

Cumulus 1.8.9 build 930 has a small problem on the outside temp graph relating to the 0C line.

It's the way the graphs component is designed to work. If the line is anywhere within the chart area, it draws it, even if it's off the scale. I tried to fix it - there's a thread or two somewhere about it - but that caused the line to randomly disappear when it should be there, so I had to give up and accept it as it is.
