It should just work with the Fine Offset setting, because that's what it is. What is the problem with the rainfall, exactly, and what other problems do you have?

The WS 4000 from Alecto is a fine offset station and exactly the same as the WS1080 I don't see problems to set it up.

well problem is the rain meter isnt quite normal, i look at the stats and it said that there was over 12mm of rain in one day, thats not the fact when i just connected it
other things where im looking against is how to set it up for internet, so you can stream the data over the net
Im also using cumulus, but to start i have to set up easy weather first

is there a small tutorial on how to set the buttons and checks? since im completly new to this
same for the cumulus thingy

and when im streaming the data he wont refresh, and throws the images all in the same folder.
you can check on http://www.graphicnizor.nlclick on weather, you see the buttons wont refresh itself.
also when you checkhttp://www.graphicnizor.nl/weather/CumulusRealtime.html
you can see it wont refresh anything since the wind is SW with a speed of 14.8 and a gust of 38 and the highest speed recorded today was 78 km/u
humidity is at 28% not 100

and if you check here, the nubers are ok, only a few pictures doesnt add up since the foldering is not ok, because i dont have a clue to set it up
http://www.graphicnizor.nl/weather/index.htm and then finaly http://www.graphicnizor.nl/weather/gauges.htm the windspeed pulls a 60 while thats just not here atm

basicly what i want is to set it up right that cumulus realtime works and updates itself correct and that i can use gauges on the website itself

thanks in advance

It looks like you're showing Sanday Weather with Cumulus Realtime

If you go to the downloads section, there's a getting started guide.

There's a help file with Cumulus which explains all of the settings. It's context sensitive, i.e. you can click the help button on a settings screen and it will show you the help for that screen.

In the wiki (and in the Cumulus help) is a guide to setting up your web site - it looks like you haven't created the images folder, or the dbimages folder, or...

There is a readme.txt file with Cumulus Realtime that tells you what you need to do to get it to display your data instead of my data.

Lots of documentation has been provided to get you started, you really need to read it first and then ask questions about anything you don't understand.

ah finaly! the update and realistic numbers are there..
thanks for the quick info!

now the only thing i need help with is the ftp data

i created the folders as told in the faq ( also the dbingames folder )
but the images just go to the root folder /weather instead of /weather/dbimages

how do i have to set that up?

It doesn't look like you've created the images folder: http://www.graphicnizor.nl/weather/images/ gives a 404 not found.

no matter, i just copied and pasted the images by filezilla. that worked out just fine, except for the 2 big gauges in the middle, but i dont care about that stuff..
http://www.graphicnizor.nl/weather/ <- works fine now :)
thanks for the help, and if i need anything i know i can come back here

Your graphs page doesn't work, because you haven't created the images folder: http://www.graphicnizor.nl/weather/trends.htm
