Bug report from Windows 7
Bug report from Windows 7
I've been running it on a Win 7 , 64 bit PC for the past few months with no issues, that is until this morning when an error message popped up but I'm not sure why as it is running in the background.

Re: Bug report from Windows 7
I've moved your post, as the thread you posted it into was about Cumulus 2.
It looks like you're using TCP/IP to connect to your VP2? Cumulus couldn't read the data from the station, so closed the connection and was trying to reconnect but didn't get a response after several retries, so it then tried to close itself down and got this 'privileged instruction' exception. I suspect that the TCP/IP problem doesn't happen very often and this code has hardly been used before (if at all). I suspect that the code basically doesn't work. But as Cumulus was trying to close itself down anyway, I guess it's not too much of an issue.
Do you have any idea why it couldn't talk to the station? The diags file for the run may give some clues.
