Outside Humidity not going above 92%

Hi,
I seem to be having a problem with my W-8681 Weather Station, for the last few hours its been very foggy here, and my station has only got to 92% humidity, whilst three other places that use the same weather station as me report humidity of 97% or 98% humidity. Ever since I got the station the max I have ever recorded was 93%.

The Fine Offset (and presumably its cones) can only read a maximum of 98% according the manual. If you get a foggy day, or during a rain shower, see what the maximum reading is, and then get Cumulus to add the appropriate offset to get it to 99 or 100%. that should compensate for your low readings.

My WH8081 goes up to 99%

oops, you are right Gina, it is 99% in the manual

. I have found mine doesn't go above 98% even when virtually under water
