There must be something slightly non-standard with your settings. The main screen is 990 x 720, but it attempts to resize itself to fit screens less than either 1024 wide or 768 high. I run it on a 1024x768 screen and it fits fine. Do you have a particularly deep task bar, or are you using a screen setting of more than 100% or something like that?

Ah yes. I've just checked and it's running at 120DPI - 125% normal size. This particular laptop is approx 6 years old and the video adapter and drivers aren't as good as the latest ones. Other screen settings don't always look very good but I'll have a play. Thanks Steve.

I've just reduced the DPI to 110% normal size and everything seems to fit. Excellent. Thanks Steve.

The Cumulus display normally fits on a screen 800 high (I use it on 1024x768). As in the posts above, I guess you have your DPI set to greater than 100%?

Windows Vista Home Professional. Note - run laptop at 1280 x 800 and a second monitor at 800 x 600 and have same problem on both.

Not sure about Vista, I use XP. You should be able to change your DPI settings on your screen resolution. I had the same problem as you and this fixed it. On XP it is under Display Properties - Settings - Advanced. When you find the setting try reducing it by 5% at a time until the Cumulus screen is completely visible. You may have to tweak it slightly to make the text and icons on your screen look right.

I've voted 'other' - I use Windows 7 with two monitors, both set to 1680x1050. No issues with seeing the Cumulus console on either monitor, or moving it between the two

I'm using Cumulus V1.8.8 on a Pentium II 266 with 384 MB RAM running Windows 2000 Server, at a screen resolution of 1152 x 864.

My station is located at Swain, Arkansas, USA.

My weather desktop computer is set at 1024x768 resolution for better viewing (bigger size view).

It would be nice if there was a way to "full screen" Cumulus or provide an interface for showing only current weather data, for such things as monitors dedicated solely to showing current weather data (in the case we don't want to use our weather station's touch display).

There was a discussion a short time back about using a browser to display data full screen. Do a search for "kiosk mode" and you should find it.

I actually use my own realtime conditions page for it right now. Just suggesting it for inplantantion directly into Cumulus.

I agree it would be a useful addition to Cumulus if it were to cope better with varying screen sizes and allow the display to be configurable; but it would be quite an undertaking.

Just registered as a new user.

My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.
