You are missing several files on your website so I do not think you have completed the web site setup as per the help file. There are certain files that you need to upload to the web server once

If you follow the detail in this Wiki page, it will fix your problem. Pay attention to the Core Files section as that is what is missing or in the wrong plage

I am having the exact same problem. It seems that everything uploads just fine, except the gauges.htm page only has 3 gauges showing: Wind Direction, Wind Speed, and Wind Distribution. The 11 metrics above that just say something like "small" or "analog" with no graphic.
I have carefully reloaded all the files as directed. No change.
I ran the ftplogger and nothing appears unusual. Here is the text from the log:

Not being experienced with html or javascript, I'm at a loss for what the problem could be, unless it is something specific to the host site.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Scott

The symptoms do sound exactly the same, suggesting that the solution is the same. But if you're confident you've done that, we're going to need a link to your web site to investigate further.

Thanks for checking this out for me! I'm new here and new to weather stations, but from the posts I've read I can already say I appreciate your dedication!

You don't appear to have a dbimages folder, so I think you haven't carried out all of the necessary steps, as in the link above (or the help file).

I'm such a moron...lol. I did indeed have a "dbimiges" folder. Spelling is a bit important in this case. I reloaded that folder twice with all the files and tinkered for hours without seeing that mistake.

Sorry for the trouble.

Thanks again,
Scott

What it really needs is a '1-click install' where it creates the folders and uploads the standard files for you. Maybe in Cumulus 2...

Steve, that could be dangerous. Making that bit automated I think will just move a problem elsewhere.

Your instructions for installing the web interface software are as clear as a bell. If those instructions can't be followed by anyone, then they shouldn't be creating a website.

I'm not saying anyone who has missed a point in the document shouldn't ask questions, that's what this Forum is for. My opinion is that maybe you should concentrate on Cumulus itself and not how users should create a website.

Cumulus is about Cumulus and the fabulous data it generates, not how to get the info on the web.

I agree with you to a point, Paul, but the result of an incorrectly setup web site - whether it's because of completely ignoring the instructions, carrying them out incorrectly, a slight error while carrying them out (as in this case), putting the wrong directory (for various reasons) - is that people have to come on here and ask for help. It's not a huge problem, but one of the reasons some people like Cumulus is that it's quite easy to get your data onto the web if you don't have much experience with web sites.

It just seems to me that a 'guided' install of the basic web site would make things easier for everyone.
