Windchill above 10 degrees Celcius

I see cumulus calculates a windchill too when the airtemperature is 10 C or above where is the point that the windchill will not be calculated ?

Without the 'UseWindChillCutoff' setting: no limit.
With the 'UseWindChillCutoff' setting: 10C

Write it all out 100 times. There's going to be an exam at the end of term, and anyone who doesn't pass won't be allowed to use Cumulus 2 (if it's ever released). :lol:
