David, I do not think you want to buy the Davis solar panel that is used on the Vantage Pro2 ISS ... even as a replacement part, it is priced higher than most low cost complete weather station kits... :roll:

Off topic --- I was going to buy a Davis station but got talked out of it on here

I'm not a big weather buff, I was more interested in the web side of it and I think my 'lower end' FineOffset does the job for me but I now have a lot of local followers of the site and I wanted to make sure I was being relatively accurate in my readings, but I am assured my station is ok

I will look into the 'solar' idea further
