I can't edit anything...

I haven't today.ini, yesterday.ini ... I have to correct yesterday rain (over 350 mm) but I can't find any file to edit.
After deleting the cumulus directory and reinstalling it ... I can't find ini files.

are you on windows 7 or Vista?

Vista Daji; in the past, with previous versions of cumulus, I remember that ini files was present.
I'm not able to understand where data files are stored...

This is a file for Cumulus version2. The file can not be edited by a text editor. Cumulus 2 has an editor built in to it. If you look at the first line of the trace.txt file on your desktop, that should tell you where the database is.
