i am new here and installed cumulus only yesterday. a fantastic program and i wish that somone will help me as i want to continue with this program, which looks much better than the others i met.
now, about 30 hours have passed since i installed it and i encountered 2 major problems:

1) no data was recieved between 22:30 yesterday and 8:30 this morning to the data log(but, the weather station monitor DID read data!) that means, that the graphs are not correct and the minimal temperature isn't recorded in the program. i am attaching the file.

2)in the section "recent extremes" nothing has changed. the min/max data of "today" are those of yesterday and in the "yesterday" culumn there is no data ( all is "0" ).
i forgot to say that i am using La crosse ws-2350 windows xp sp2 not usb
i will be very gratfull for any help!

bye!

You closed Cumulus at 22:30 last night and didn't start it up again until about 17:00 today. Your weather station has 175 logger entries, and you're using a logger interval of 3 minutes. 175 x 3 = 525 minutes = 8.75 hours. Cumulus downloaded all of the data that was available, back to about 08:20 this morning. It can't read any more data because it just isn't there. You will either need to increase your station's logging interval, or (better) don't leave Cumulus stopped for so long.

thanks a lot for making me understand all that...... i didn't think about that option and now i am relieved knowing that i can increase the interval time.

thanks again for the friendly attitude!
