Regarding the wording, a solution for me was to add the words "The daytime length " before the tag.

The result being:

The daytime length Tomorrow will be 3min 36s longer than today

I'm not too fussed about the accuracy at the solstice.

I've added it in the almanac table as a fourth row titled "Change" under Sunrise, Sunset, and Day length. To me, that gives it proper context. The wording doesn't bother me, and I find the info interesting. Of course, I also find details about past and present weather conditions at my house interesting :)

Had noticed that the day length time seemed wrong, so searching on the forums revealed this thread. Have you looked into this more Steve, or is it not that important in your to-do list? Just interested in why the routines are wrong, not complaining :D (and sorry for dredging up an old thread!)

It's not something I propose to spend any more time on, it's down to the third-party routines that I use and as far as I'm aware the results are reasonable enough - accurate to a minute or less?. It's not what I consider a vital feature of weather station software.
