Wind Chill Question
I have checked on the wiki and can't find it. My wind chill on cumulus always reads that same temp as it is outside. It could be 20 degrees outside and read 20 degrees with a 5 mile an hour wind blowing. Does Cumulus base the wind chill off of the average wind or does it based off the actual wind.

Wind chill is normally only relevant below 10C -- you can over ride this if you wish
Although you do not refer to a scale when you say 20 -- I am assuming C?

Re: Wind Chill Question
Yeah read that. It just happened to be a windy day here and I see that it goes off the actual wind not the average. Mystery solved. the side of the house that the weather station is don't see some of the wind unfortunately.
