First things first, i have a weather wise WH1080 station and have been using cumulus (was using 1.8.8 until today i updgraded to 1.8.9) since about christmas, love the software, good work!
Ok now on to the problem i attached pictures but on my station screen it is showing my wind direction fine but the software is not it shows it always at north does this mean the station is not logging this data anymore? I opened the stock software (easyweather) and it shows the dirction just fine. Any ideas?

Hi and welcome to the forum,
From the screen shot and picture of the console I can see the console is showing no wind (Calm)
Cumulus has a setting to say that if it is Calm have a zero (N) bearing
You will need to wait until there is some wind

haha, i knew it had to be something easy, that woudl make since cuz my stupid anemometer is froze up, notice the temp -4.4F 
, i am waiting for it to get a lil warmer before i go get it and bring it inside the thaw it and dry it out
