Lost Calibration Settings

Post by KF0KFL-13 »

I recently had an issue with my barometric pressure

viewtopic.php?t=22994#p189052

I fixed it in calibration settings by adding a 0.08inhg offset to my station pressure.

I noticed around 0600 UTC (0000 CDT ) my reading were comparably off again.

I checked my calibration settings and saw that my offset was cleared out.

Any ideas what may have happened?

Thanks in advance

'tis a copy/paste bug in MX. The station pressure calibration settings in Cumulus.ini are written to "PressStnXXXX" but read from "PressXXXX"

So, they will revert on each MX restart to the pressure calibrations :groan:

Fixed for the next release.

I corrected this issue by adjusting the calibration on the actual weather station itself vs. CMX.

It's always best to correct at source :)
