Re: No airlink graphs
Hi Ted,
You did upgrade to bookworm and you did upgrade CMX to 4.3.3 b4070, your CUtils version is 7.1.1. This means you do not have the update to handle the technical change in CMX concerning Diary and null values.
You will need at least version 7.3.0.
So please update CUtils (that should be an easy action), run with website and we'll than see where we stand.

Re: No airlink graphs
@Ted: an additional remark. I see you use the legacy charts but you also have an Extra Sensors menu. Extra Sensors is a module which actually only works with the new charts system, the chartscompiler.
I advise you to copy the file CutilsCharts-default-for-use.def to your utils directory and rename to CutilsCharts.def, then rerun CUtils. It will give you another Home/charts view but if you wish to change charts, colours or add charts it has much more flexibility. It will also always go with CMX updates when necessary something the legacy charts will not.
If you dislike the new situation simply remove the utils/CutilsCharts.def file and rerun Cutils.
If you have no Extra Sensors you probably want to set the parameter ExtraSensors=false (section ExtraSensors). It will remove that menu entry.

Re: No airlink graphs
Hi,
(1)
I see an Airlink chart.
But also I see that that chart runs from 22 Feb to 2 Mar. This means you most likely have your GraphHours in CMX (Settings=>Display Options=>Charts=>Chart Hours) is too high.
I assume you stopped for a while and then rebuild the website. Whatever happened, somehow the system decided to rebuild the chart. And that is what its doing. I see data from 01/03 16u40 until 02/03 08h40.
For some reason it did not continue the UserAskedData command. So the chart is there and seems OK but the data is not generated anymore.
Can you check the run for the UserAskedData command?
When found can you send me the corresponding log for the most recent run.
The log you attached is the log for the website command which does not telle me anything about the Airlink Data.
(2)
Wrt the temp chart (I assume under the Home button) I see you have - in the charts definition - the Solar defined, the Feelslike Temperature defined and Inside Humidity defined.
Those three are not defined as series in your data. This will come from your update of CMX where things have changed a bit. You will have to set the visibility of the data in Settings=>Display Options=>Data Visibility and set the data you require to visible. For the data you want to chart, you need to set the visibility to true. If you have no solar, you need to remove the solar line from the chart definition.
I can check all that if you send me your CutilsCharts.def, I will modify and send it back.

Re: No airlink graphs
Hi Hans, Slight hiatus - wouldn't accept 'def' extension (?) so changed to 'txt'.
Hours set to 240, which is unchanged.
Attach '10-minute' log.
Thanks and regards

Re: No airlink graphs
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
You do not mention it, but did you set the Data Visibility in CMX for the three plot parameters I mentioned? Do you have a solar (I believe not).
Thanks for the reply.
That's the way to do it.MuntyWeather wrote: ↑Tue 04 Mar 2025 10:28 am Hi Hans, Slight hiatus - wouldn't accept 'def' extension (?) so changed to 'txt'.
CMX only keeps 7 days in its charts database so 168 is probably better (though CUtils will create charts and JSON's for 10 days. But the transfers bandwith gets pretty big than).
I'll get back to you after analysis

Re: No airlink graphs
OK, something is seriously not going right with the data (also the data coming from CMX)
(1) I see in your '10-min' log that you run the command Airlink on the same commandline where you run UserAskedData. Could you remove the Airlink command? As that is being done once per day with the website command!
(2) Please find attached the edited CutilsCharts.txt, please replace your CutilsCharts.def in the utils directory with this one (change the extension back to def
)
(3) You seem to run Cutils on a daily basis at 9h03. I read in that logfile that it cannot find CutilsCharts.def (nor can find its menu definition but that is not so important right now). So are you sure the CutilsCharts.def file is in your utils directory?
(4) If Cutils is run correctly (which it may not be!) than I suspect CMX to not properly send the data correctly to the server. Could you switch on DEBUG, restart CMX and after 15 minutes send me the logfile in MXdiags? After that you can switch DEBUG off again.
(5) And please inform me of the Data Visibility in CMX.
