Good morning ... I'm asking if there is any way I can upload the data folder and all its contents at regular intervals to my server. Thank you

Extra web files. See Settings -> Extra Web files in the MX interface pages.

Hi .... I use Cumulus 1.9 ... I think this is the problem ....

Oops, sorry - I didn't spot you were on Cumulus 1. I think there are some tools available that enable additional uploads - such as winscp, which can be run regularly using Windows scheduler.
