Mark.....Tried this update using InstallCMX....Windows service starts up but still reporting 4043 version....not 4068...so I suspect not updating?

I have no idea how InstallCMX works. Can you just manually copy the files over the existing ones.

Well, some progress. It changed the .ini file and it was NOT zero length this time. Unfortunately, the windows service still would not start.

Could you upload your logfile please? It's in the MXdiags folder in your MX installation.

So re-ran the 4069 you posted against my running 4043. I spoke too soon earlier...the ini did not get replaced. Same ini after replacing the 4069 files. Attaching the logfile from the MXdiags folder.

That log file is from b4043.

Please run b4069 from the command line.

The patched executables in the zip above are for v4.3.2, it looks like you are trying to use them with an older install of CMX?

So what do I do? I don't know where to go from here. All I want to do is go from 4063 to the latest 4067 without losing my settings. I've used Cumulus for years and never, ever had an upgrade problem until now trying to go from my 4063 to 4067. Please advise.

Update to 4067, then before running CMX again, extract the files from the 4069 zip above overwriting the same files from the 4067 zip.

OR, wait for v4.3.3 which I'll release v. soon.

Ok, thank you Mark. I'll probably wait for the 4.3.3 then and go from there! I very much appreciate all your work on CMX and your help here on the forum helping me and others! Happiest of New Years to you and your family!!
