I have just had a look at their Facebook page, and they have put this notice on there.

They have obviously overrun as it is still not uploading after an MX restart.

Hi,
In the last few hours I'm having problems with Weathercloud data upload: I haven't changed anything in the settings. This morning I received this alert from Cumulus MX "A Cumulus MX alarm has been triggered. Third party HTTP uploads are failing. Last message: WeatherCloud: Request exceeded the response timeout of 30 seconds"
Could it be a problems from WeatherCloud server?

I've just seen on weathercloud website that there is a scheduled maintenance, so it could be the reason of the problems.

Seems to be working again now
