Alarm based on Time

One of the things I miss between my old Ambient Station and the Ecowitt I now have is the ability to get Alexa to read me correct conditions. I have tried various skills and I know someone is working on a skill to do this for Ecowitt however I can't find anything out there to do it now.
My thought was can I setup an alarm based on time to email me a few web tags? I could the send the email so that it comes in as a text message to my phone and viola I have current conditions when I wake up without having to navigate and look at a web page.
Has anyone done this? I looked but didn't see a way to do it based on time.
Anyone have a better way to do something like this?
