I noticed that on the gauges website the "Real time wind data" text does match-up with the style\design of the Wind Direction, Wind Speed and Wind Distribution text.
Is it possible to make it the same text style and center the "Real time wind data" text over both the wind speed and wind direction gauges?

The gauges page is just a mish-mash of things I threw together, more as a demo than anything else. There are three different types of gauges, all constructed in completely different ways, which is why they don't match. The font in the Flash gauges is hard-coded as Arial 12pt, I think, so you could change the others to match if you want (as they are within your control).

Mine is centred -
http://sanday.org.uk/weather/gauges.htm - I really can't remember what I changed to do that, I think it must be hard-coded into the Flash/Flex. I think someone asked me to do that a long time ago (when I could still easily change it) so I did. I'm surprised I didn't include that version in the package. If you want to try it, the easiest way is probably for you to grab the SWF from my site and try it on yours.

Any recommendations on how to go about grabbing the SWF file from your site?

Right-click (but not on the gauges), view page info, media tab, select file, save as...
