The next build includes all days since the first weather diary entry to present in the graph JSON files.

When I fill in the snow fall in 24 hours data, it is not displayed in the diary. They are definitely saved in the database because they appear on the chart, but when adding historical data, they are not visible in the diary.
Example from November 22. The graph shows precipitation and cover, the diary does not show snowall24.

OK, it's because there are two entries in the database for virtually every historic day up to 24 Nov.
I'll need to dig into why the newly added/edited entries use a different date format from the migrated entries....

Right, the conversion process from old to new database tables was the root problem - I have fixed that for the next build so future "migrators" will not have the issue.
I have fixed your database manually and attached it, I'll work on an automated clean-up in MX itself...
