mqtt update sending all the time

I just updated to 4063, because I thought this had been fixed since my old version, but apparently not. If I ask for mqtt messages 'on update' I am getting one every 2 oe 3 seconds, although the data being sent has not changed. See:

(Ok it says 'interval' because I am using the same mask to receive the values the other end).

This is with a Davis Vue, and a very old data logger.

which is what I have used for the interval updates since forever. none of the references values seem to change between one mqtt post and the next.

Try adding "doNottriggerOnTags"
