Not sure of embedding this week rainfall

From Cumulus MX version 3 build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since, and has recently released Cumulus MX version 4. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Not sure of embedding this week rainfall

Post by delleray »

Hi

on 4.3.0 this week...

In the index.htm webfile I removed the
rain since midnight
cell (dupes today rainfall for me )
with
<tr class="w3-theme-l3">
<td>Rainfall Last Week</td>
<td><span data-cmxdata="rweek"></span>&nbsp;<span data-cmxdata="rainunit"></span></td>
<td>Rainfall Last 24 Hours</td>
<td><span data-cmxdata="r24hour"></span>&nbsp;<span data-cmxdata="rainunit"></span></td>
but get...

Rainfall Last Week undefined mm Rainfall Last 24 Hours 6.6 mm

am I missing something ?

Is rweek defined in your web data template file? This is typically in the web directory of your MX installation, and is named websitedataT.json.

The websitedataT.json only contains the data the default web site uses. If you want to add data to the web site, you must also add it to the websitedataT.json file.
