WinProxy's log shows nothing, not even the attempt. I guess it only logs successful connections. Fat lot of good that does us.

Well, spaces are supposed to be encoded. Cumulus has a function for encoding URLs correctly, which it no longer seems to use. I have no idea why not.
I'll change the space to %20 and hopefully that will solve the problem.
