Indeed.

But it still works from my site.
They say it is IP based: does it use the LAN IP or my external IP?

It will be external IP.

I suppose this is from the local Dashboard. Has it ever worked?

It still works from the web-site.

My external IP isn't blocked, as it works from my website.

It's because of it not being https

Looks like that may be the problem. They are no longer accepting requests from http sourced pages.

I used to use the export function quite often, but it's not a problem if it gets removed.

It's just the image exports though, the data exports are still working for me.
