Legacy Cumulus 1 release 1.9.4 (build 1099) - 28 November 2014
(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)
Download the Software (Cumulus MX / Cumulus 1 and other related items) from the Wiki
I had a free one that was giving me problems. I bought Hostinger. I made a copy of all the files on the website and uploaded them to the new host. I updated the data in the CumulusMX configuration. The page works fine, but CumulusMX does not update the data. The data from the last time CumulusMX was updated on the previous hosting appears: 10/10/2024 09:50:16
I don't know what could be wrong
Any suggestions?
I attach a file with the configuration details of CumulusMX and current MXdiags.
Greetings

I have found that some hosting use somewhat different, and since you have tried both /public_html/ and public_html/ try a bit of trial and error:
just public_html or just /
Leaving only / the errors in MXdiags have disappeared, but it still does not update data. I have deleted the cache but it is still on the date and time of the last time it was updated on the previous hosting

You said in your first post " uploaded them to the new host", so if you used FileZilla or equivalent what does it say the root directory of you hosting site is?
I have tried deleting the realtime.txt file on the server. MXdiags does not give FTP error, but CumulusMX is not uploading a new realtime.txt file
MXdiags:
2024-10-11 23:00:56.263 FTP[Int]: Error uploading /images/moon.png : Error while uploading the file to the server. See InnerException for more info.
2024-10-11 23:00:56.263 FTP[Int]: Inner Exception: Code: 550 Message: /images/moon.pngtmp: No such file or directory
2024-10-11 23:00:56.330 FTP[Int]: Process complete
As David has just suggested try logging into your hosting server with filezilla and see what the initial directory is which appears on login. This will give an idea of how you should configure CumulusMX for FTP. Basically is the realtime.txt file in this initial directory or in a sub-directory?

I uploaded them with the server's own cPanel. Attached is an image from FileZilla
