New HP2560, No Dashboard Data

Post by Ken22 »

MX-4 working fine with Oregon Scientific WMR-968.
Purchased Ecowitt HP2560/WS90 combo.
Copied entire Cumulus folder to new folder.
Edited Cumulus.ini
Ran Cumulus and went through all the settings.
Restarted Cumulus
Dashboard shows zeroes for all readings.

--- Info -----
HP2560 display is as expected. Everything updating properly.
Cumulus.exe window shows "Normal running", and displays "Connected to station" every 30 seconds.
On Dashboard, Last Cumulus update" is current time, "Last station update" is 12:00 am
If I power off the HP2560, the Cumulus window shows loss of connection. If I power it back on, it regains the connection.

Settings -> Station Settings -> General Settings
Station type: Ecowitt Local API
Log interval: 10 minutes
Ecowitt Local API Settings:
Enable Auto-Discovery
IP address: 192.168.0.106
MAC address: EC:64:C9:CD:xx:xx
Ecowitt Sensor Mappings:
Primary Temp/Humidity sensor: Default

Error Log shows:

2024-09-15 15:53:21 - DoCommand(CMD_READ_SSSS): Error - Unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond..

2024-09-15 15:53:19 - Checksum: Error - Bad checksum

I am lost at this point, and could really use some help.

HP2560 does not have local api. Select HTTP (Ecowitt) as your station type, and configure the custom upload server to your console as instructed on the station settings page on CMX.
