I am not sure I understand the sunrise, sunset, moonrise, etc times. Here is a clip of what is showing on my Cumulus set up. For example it is showing sunrise at 1511. I am pretty sure it doesnt rise at 3pm, mor elike around 0658 this time of year. Am I not interpreting the data correctly?

I am pretty sure I have my lat/long in correctly, or at least pretty close.

Almost certainly you have either wrong co-ordinates, or the time zone on your PC is wrong. What have you got for your co-ordinates, what TZ is your PC set to, and where approximately are you?

You are correct yet again! On my long when I entered it I entered a negative, and didnt pay attention that it was an East/ West selection. So like a dummy I was set at East instead of West....probably had me somewhere in Asia!

Thank you much for your help.

Ah - I should probably stop it accepting negative values.

If my longitude is -117, how do I enter that into Cumulus? It seems to only accept 3 digits and of course -117 is 4.

Minus 117 is 117 degrees West, so you put 117 in the degrees box and "W" in the hemisphere box.

Thank you...that little E and W thing can make a BIG difference!
