On the site here: https://github.com/halachev/lunar-calen ... /moonphase you can find some PHP files which calculate the four moon phases very accurately.
I compared the data with https://www.mooncalc.org/ and they match.

Tried that. Some of the dates are still wrong.

Ken True has an astronomy page as part of his Saratoga templates and uses a US Navy site to obtain sun & moon data and they have this page https://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/RS_OneDay where you can get some data and see how it compares with others. I'd be surprised if the US Navy gets it wrong. I have a test page based on this data and it compares reasonably with CMX differs on some timings by only a minute or two.

Thanks. I decided to update my site using the Saratoga-Weather templates so this issue has been resolved.

After having problems implementing the script I mentioned earlier in my WB template, I found this site that can be used to download CSV files with the four primary moon phases. Its data comes from the military site Broadstairs mentions. Now, I use this as a database to show the next four phases on my pages. It works like a charm now.
