Cumulus restart in admin webpage

I would like to offer my other half the opportunity to restart Cumulus without me and without physical access to the machine it's running on

Could you add a option 'Restart Cumulus' under the Utils tab to do so, with a "Do you really want to restart Cumulus" confirmation dialogue ?

Sounds like a good idea, I'll put it on the todo list, I recall I briefly looked at this before and filed it under problematic! One problem is the requirement for elevation when running as a service. I'm not sure how do that remotely, on Windows a process can request elevation locally.
