Use build 4023. There is a warning about using build 4024 at the top of every page in this forum.

with 4023 I had the same error

Install 4023 first and perform the conversion, without errors. At startup I got the same errors that I got with the 4024. I'm with Ecowitt, not Davis

You didn't say that initially - you just mentioned 4024. You should supply as much information as possible. Please zip up your MXdiags file that contains the errors and attach it to a reply to this topic.

The api key and Application Key are checked and correct.

The error comes up every minute

Hi,
Sorry, I can't help any further on the Ecowitt cloud station errors as I abandoned my Ecowitt a couple years ago.

While you also had the same issue with build 4023 I would agree with freddie to go back to b4023, just to eliminate anything potential in b4024, and resolve those errors.
