The histogram shown below covers 2010 to date and shows the rainfall by season. Winter is Dec-Feb, Spring is March-May, Summer is June-August and Autumn is September to November.
Just half-way through 2024 and it's clear how wet it's been here in the majority of England, Scotland and Wales. Nearly 5" wetter than the previous wettest in 2012.
Hopefully this cycle will end soon and we can enjoy a decent summer.
