CMX v4 monthly Logfile format

From Cumulus MX version 3 build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since, and has recently released Cumulus MX version 4. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

CMX v4 monthly Logfile format

Post by ConligWX »

Does anyone have an upto date v4 monthly logfile format layout handy? I'm looking to export meteobridge logfiles into the same format and cmv v4 logfile to possibly fill in some missing data.

just need the headings of each of the values.

Thanks

It's exactly the same fields as v3 - just now using consistent field separators, date/time separators, and dot decimals.

so is this correct then?

Code: Select all

`LogDateTime`, `Temp`, `Humidity`, `Dewpoint`, `Windspeed`, `Windgust`, `Windbearing`, `RainRate`, `TodayRainSoFar`, `Pressure`, `Raincounter`, `InsideTemp`, `InsideHumidity`, `LatestWindGust`, `WindChill`, `HeatIndex`, `UVindex`, `SolarRad`, `Evapotrans`, `AnnualEvapTran`, `ApparentTemp`, `MaxSolarRad`, `HrsSunShine`, `CurrWindBearing`, `RG11rain`, `RainSinceMidnight`, `WindbearingSym`, `CurrWindBearingSym`
just need to get the same values in meteobridge "sensor" terms

Not checked it other than the last field which isn't correct.
Look at "monthlyfileheader.txt" in the root folder
