Can't edit rainfall

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Can't edit rainfall

Post by avvy65 »

After running v3 fora few years, I upgraded to v4, but hit problems after an update. I then went back to v3283a. Now when I run CumulusMX, it says it is v4.022. How can that be because I have installed v3 to it's own v3 folder, where as v4 was in just CumuslMX folder.
yesterday CumulusMXv3 said we had 35.6 mm of rain, but there was none, 0.0mm. I tried to edit it but it stayed at 35.6mm.

Any suggestions please.

Update:
I disabled Cumulus v4 from running as a service, rebooted my linux machine then started cumulusv3 again. Now the rainfall is correct for yesterday, as well as for today.
It is also showing the correct version number of 3283.
