Updated to latest version ,error

From Cumulus MX version 3 build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since, and has recently released Cumulus MX version 4. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Updated to latest version ,error

I have just installed the latest v4 update and now CumulusMX wont load / run

This what I get in a console:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=adb9793829ddae60'. The system cannot find the file specified.

File name: 'Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=adb9793829ddae60'

If you mean this: "Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions.dll should be in the root folder along with the CumulusMX.exe and CumulusMX.dll.

It is in the root folder, so what else is wrong?

File permissions? Did you copy the files with the same user as you are running MX?

How do you mean.
I upgraded to V4 a week or so ago by a fresh install, then just migrated the data files over from v3 to v4. I also copied over the Cumulus.ini and strings.ini files
CumulusMX 4022 has been working ok until I just did the update to 4023
