Exception Type: System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException
Message: Authentication failed because the remote party sent a TLS alert: 'DecryptError'.

I am not sure if this is the same errors that others are getting, but I thought I would ask?
Here are the MXdiags files Many Thanks for any help and information.

Re: V4 b4022 - HTTPS Error
This is a different error. The remote server is not able to decrypt the message MX has sent, a bit of googling shows this is normally because the remote server needs an update to support the latest secure certificate exchange mechanisms.

Re: V4 b4022 - HTTPS Error
Thank you, Mark, for your reply.
I did tick the Ignore PHP certificate errors, and I have now unticked it, and closed CMX down and restarted the pc.
All seems to be working OK with no errors.
Thanks once again for your help.

Many thanks for getting back.
Can you please ensure that your config/settings on the Cumulus MX software is set to use SSL and the associated secure ports? If you're able to provide a screenshot of said connection details/settings, we can confirm the correct information.
Please do let us know at your earliest convenience.
Kind regards,

How do I check them?

Not sure what to say here. If this is PHP upload then it should work - mine does. Is this the only upload failing or are others failing as well. If this is FTPS or SFTP then there are things in their knowledge base which explain what settings to use and which login to use.

Re: V4 b4022 - HTTPS Error
That log file only shows retries, no actual errors, so I assume the retry works. Are the files ever uploaded? How frequently are you uploading these files?
Is debug and data set on for logging if not please set to on and give us another log file? I cannot see any start of the realtime cycles only persistent retries so it looks like they never work but cannot see for sure.

Many Thanks for your reply again. Yes, the retry does work, How frequently are you uploading these files? 30 seconds, and 30 minutes for the normal files.
I have turned on debug and data set on for logging.
There are 19 of these errors in the log HTTP Errors - The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
It is not just the 30 seconds ones, it is the normal uploads it fails on as well, as you can see in the log.

Re: V4 b4022 - HTTPS Error
Not sure why we are not seeing more information on these errors. I think we might need Mark to take a look at this. Just wondering if it might be worth updating to 4023 and seeing if these still happen?

Definitely upgrade to v4.0.1, you could also try setting the Concurrent Uploads to 1 in the connection Advanced settings. It may be a max number of connected sessions per client thing on your server - straw grasping.

Re: V4 b4022 - HTTPS Error
Mark's comment about concurrent uploads made me look at mine and I do have it set to 1, so if yours is 2 then definitely try that. I would also recommend the update to build 4023 anyway to get the latest fixes.

Bravo !! You have solved it !!
The Concurrent Uploads were set to 4, so, on your advice, I changed it to 1
And now I find all is working very well.
The very biggest, thank you.
With enormous gratitude.
Kindest regards
Mike
