Suggestion: add Upload button to NOAA Report admin

It would be really helpful to have an Upload Now button on the admin pages that allow regeneration of NOAA style reports (both Monthly and Yearly).
Having that button would make it MUCH easier to get the website copies updated after a regeneration (especially for CumulusMX on RPi) rather than copying/uploading files from Reports directory.
