Convert NOAA.txt file to csv. Is it possible ?
Hi all. I kindly ask how it is possible to convert NOAA.txt file to csv correctly. Are there any scripts and programs that do this operation ? Obviously, each individual heat has to be correctly pasted. Thank you.

That should be possible with PHP code.
I am not able to write PHP code. For that, I use Copilot based on ChatGPT4. Give it a try.
