Here we go

www.stewartonweather.com/Reports - is where they are on the ftp but going there manually brings up a 404

I've attached my configs.

Hi,
Your cunulusutils.ini shows

[NOAA]
FTPDirectory=./reports/
StartInCurrentMonth=true
ColorNOAAText=Black
ColorNOAABackground=#f9f8EB

but your reports are in https://www.stewartonweather.com/Reports/NOAAMO0424.txt
so lower case /reports vs /Reports

You see the 404 because there is no page in the directory Reports, the reports are text files only shown through the proper menu choice in either the CMX interface or CUtils.

to show you how bad I am with absoloute and relative paths -- I get this in my logs and I've no idea what to do - but the moon image works soooo

Appears to be a copy to local error and not a website location problem so your moon image would be updating.
I do have one CMX install with Moon image Copy file enabled and used the full path like:

Generate Moon image
 Generate a Moon image file '/web/moon.png' every hour
Image Size:
100
 Set the image size in pixels
Upload file:
Upload Moon image file
 Select this to have the Moon image file uploaded to your web server
Upload folder:
images/moon.png
 Set the folder and filename to use on your web server - default 'images/moon.png'
Copy file:
Copy Moon image file
Copy destination folder:
C:\KomokaWeather\CumulusMXwll\web-copy_json\images\moon.png
 Set the folder and filename to use for your locally copied image file Note the path entered here should be a full absolute path to the destination folder

/public_html/images/ folder did not exist so that would explain the error :-O but I don't think it's needed anyway
