Hi Hans

That tweak worked, the wind run and wind rose charts are a lot less clunky now.

Morning Hans,

Is the SkipLines option still operational? When I skip some lines I see no changes in the systeminfoTable.txt file.

Mmm... it was rewritten after your previous complaint. So yes it is operational but apparently not functioning :(
I'll look at it.

@Stigean:
I did a run on my windows machine - normally not used for CMX - and it works as intended.

But you no doubt remember there were problems with the previous implementation so you may have to recount the lines you wish to skip.
Afaics the lines specified in the inifile are definitely not written out in the sysinfo report appearing on the site.

Test e.g. by removing the first line specifying the Host Name. That will be line 1. If you only specify 1 for suppression and it does not work, please send me the logfile.

Hi Hans,

With or without 1 makes no difference. In both cases I don't see a hostname.

Aha... I now see you use Linux while the lines to skip is only for Windows.
See the wiki page of sysInfo.

So I don't know what line(s) you want to remove, but the Linux output does not contain sensitive info (for which this feature was intended).

Oeps.... :bash: But there is indeed no sensitive info to show. Since this is a virtual environment I thought I would brush away the " Processor Temperature: -999.0 °C". :D

It is as it is for now

-999.0 °C

That's some seriously good thermal performance ... have you thought of releasing a paper? :D

I guess lshw cannot read or translate the thermal data of the virtual CPU. Looks somewhat cool though! :D

is that normal with a virtual platform? have you checked if it's maybe a known bug?

No not yet. Will no doubt be the combination with the virtual machine in my Synology
