Confused about day or night

Post by ronalddevos »

Hi,
Great little gadget, it surely brightens up my desktop!
Just a minor problem: it only displays the 'day' background from sunset until noon, the rest of the time just the nightcolors.
Had a quick look at the code, but seems OK. Any suggestions?
Gadget v1.2, Windows 7, Cumulus 1.8.8.

Try this one in stead: https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.p ... 44&start=0
(may require a Cumulus upgrad to a beta version 1.8.9).

The "old" gadget you refer to has received no maintenance for quite a while.

Steve,
Thanks. Do I also need another version of WebTags? I believe Gadget 1.9 had a problem with my WebTags 1.7?
Love Cumulus, BTW!

Gadget v1.7 (or later) reads the Cumulus realtime.txt file - no webtags involved.

Scrap that... If I look at the code I should look at it properly and realize is reads from realtime.txt and NOT the xxx.xml file....
Egg on face and all that :-)
Thanks, Ronald
