I am trying to install Highcharts real-time graphics on my website but the Wiki download file does not exist.

That is because the wiki does not contain any Highcharts code.

You load with a script call in your code for the website e,g.

<script src="https://code.highcharts.com/11.4.1/high ... "></script>

This is the latest version but if you want an older one change the version number e.g.

<script src="https://code.highcharts.com/10.0.0/high ... "></script)

The wiki page has been written in 2012, so it is 12 years old. World and highcharts technology have changed a lot since then. As @water01 said, there is no more anything to download, the code is downloaded from Highcharts cloud based CDN. Unfortunately I don’t have the skills to guide you any further.
