I have been using Cumulus for some time now as a method of transferring data from my VP2 station and Weatherlink, then uploading to my personal weather page.
We had some heavy rain last night and this morning, and when comparing the data on Cumulus to that on Weatherlink, whilst Cumulus has data every 5 minutes compared to the 10 I have on Weatherlink during those 10 minutes Cumulus is showing different values, with overall daily totals different to Weatherlink also.
Has anybody else seen these inconsistences and found a fix?

Nope, mine agreed with WeatherLink.
You don't have a multiplier set do you?
Please switch on debug logging and after the next rain event post the log file.
