Cumulus Support

I have one VP2 feeding two indoor stations a Wl console and and old vantgage vue 6250.I am running Cumulus Ver 3282. I converted my old data from the 6250 using the WL to Cumulus converter.
I wanted to overwrite some newer faulty data in my cumulus program plus add in the 8 years of data my Vantage Vue station had accumulated.
The bad data Cumulus had written was caused by a setting of a spike removal of 60 in the outdoor temperature calibration settings.
I then copied the new day file data which fixed all my errors and loaded all the data back to 2014 just like I wanted. I also copied the Monthly log files which have data in them to the data folder overwriting the monthly log files Cumulus had written up until today.
When I try to read the monthly logs from the Data Logs/Monthly logs I have no info. The Data logs/Dayfiles has 3314 rows of data that I can use and see. My Records/This Period work but my Records/Records only give me todays info. Also I am getting one error "Recive state for ISS TxID is: Rescan"
I Think I am missing something simple but would appreciate some help.

Do you have the correct date in Station settings > General Settings > Advanced Settings > Records Began

Thanks! that cured my Data Logs>Monthly Logs! I set it back to 2014-12-01. Still Not getting Records>Records except for the This month and This year tabs and they are filled with data from this month only, the All Time tab fills with this month data and the individual Months are empty except for Mar. I did shut down everything and restart .

Hi Guy,
Thank you for mentioning. I had someone tell me the same a few weeks back. There is nothing that I am aware of but do get a lot of failed to connect on uploads as I have many with various templates and CU1 and CMX installs at the same time. I will need to check with my host GoDaddy.

If you backfill data, Cumulus will not recalculate records. You will have to do it manually using the records editors - a tedious process I'm afraid.

Thanks for the solution! At least I know how to fix it now.
