CumulusMX Service Startup Issue on Windows 11

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

CumulusMX Service Startup Issue on Windows 11

Running MX 3.26.0 on a Windows 11 system. Haven't encountered any problems in a while. I accessed the Dashboard site to monitor rainfall, but none of the metrics are functioning. Upon checking services, CumulusMX still appeared as "starting." It has been several days since I last rebooted my computer. I attempted a forced reboot, but encountered the same outcome. Trying to manually terminate the process and restart the service resulted in "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion." I've made multiple attempts to restart the service, all with the same outcome. Any suggestions?

Please zip up and attach the dated log files in the MXdiags folder.
