Rain value not written to Dayfile

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Rain value not written to Dayfile

Hi,

I have discovered that if I edit Today's Rain through the interface, the value is not written to the Dayfile if the system is not running at midnight rollover time. When it does catch-up after starting on the next day the altered value is not taken into consideration.

Very likely, I'm pretty sure the correction is held in memory until the rollover.

I'll have to check though.
