Rain Gauge on website
Hello all,
I am running version 3.28.1 b3278.
The rain gauge on the dashboard displays the rain total and rate correctly however the web page does not. All other data on both gauges pages is correct.
I have checked the raindata.json data file. It is being uploaded and has the correct data within. I have searched it and found the correct rain rates and totals with the correct EPOC timestamps (I have done manual conversions to check).
Any suggestions? Happy to provide data files or whatever.
Peter

Re: Rain Gauge on website
Hans, link worked for me.
Peter, your gauges page says it was last updated 14 days ago. The gauges are updated from the realtimegauges.txt file, not the raindata.json file. Could you please check whether this file is being uploaded.
Regards,
Trevor

Link works for me and agree with Trevor, realtimegauges.txt is not updating.

Apparently the link works for Australians only.
Could be the speed (timeout) or could be a preference of the line owner.
It's a strange world and the end of strangeness is not in sight.

Re: Rain Gauge on website
Yes the realtimegauges.txt was not being updated although the box was ticked to 'upload'.
I unchecked, saved, rechecked and saved and all is working fine.
I did notice a temp file 'realtimegauges.txttmp' also. I deleted it as well and it hasn't reappeared.
Thank you to all who responded.
Interesting thing about some not seeing the link. I have no special settings to prevent that.
best regards
Peter
