I can see a tenuous link)
Tenuous? It's completely relevant to the mysterious case of the missing ftplog.txt file!
I'm not having a good day, but things can only get better.

There does seem to be an authentication problem
Code: Select all
13:15:36:184 >|331 User treisvagies@metar.gr OK. Password required|
13:15:36:184 ! HighLevelAsync 0
13:15:36:184 02848EE0 TriggerDataSent 816
13:15:39:459 >|530 Login authentication failed|
You can see it accepting your username, but then it does not accept the password. You are sure it has not changed, or your provider has not locked the account for some reason?

try it again -- close down Cumulus and restart it.
FTP already connected usually means that Cumulus is doing an automatic FTP update AND you are trying a manual one.

Stop Cumulus. Start it again. Turn on ftp logging straight away. When the problem occurs, attach the ftplog.txt file here.

No, just change your password in the Internet Configuration within Cumulus
